InnerSpace ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user of the InnerSpace app.
InnerSpace does not require you to create an account. We collect minimal data to provide a personalised experience.
Stored locally on your device only:

InnerSpace does not access, collect, or store your location data at any time.
InnerSpace includes an AI Journey Creator (available to premium subscribers) that generates a personalised guided meditation experience based on how you are feeling. When you use this feature:

InnerSpace offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed through Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play account.
Subscription management and receipt validation is handled by RevenueCat, which stores an anonymous user identifier and purchase history to track entitlements. We do not store your payment details.
All pre-recorded audio content (sessions, affirmations, Sound Temple layers) is streamed from our secure CDN hosted on Supabase. AI Journey Creator audio (narration and ambient sound) is generated on demand and stored in the same CDN. No audio is ever recorded from your device's microphone. Your IP address may be processed by Supabase's infrastructure solely for the purpose of delivering content.

Some of these services are based in the United States. By using InnerSpace, you consent to your data being processed in countries outside your own where data protection laws may differ.
InnerSpace may send optional push notifications such as daily reminders and streak nudges. You can enable or disable these at any time in your device Settings. We do not use notification data for advertising purposes.
All locally stored data (mood history, streaks, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. AI Journey audio files stored on our servers may be retained for a limited period before automatic deletion. We do not retain your personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
All data transmitted between the app and our backend services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Locally stored data is protected by your device's built-in security. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
InnerSpace is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Since InnerSpace does not collect or store personal data on our servers (outside of AI-generated audio files), there is no account data to access, correct, or delete. To remove all locally stored data, simply delete the app from your device.
If you have concerns about data processed by Anthropic or ElevenLabs, please refer to their respective privacy policies or contact them directly.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notice or App Store update notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Use of InnerSpace is also governed by our Terms of Use. By using the app you agree to both this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
